2. Services Provided

Corevia provides AI-driven voice systems, CRM platforms, automation tools, and related technology services.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time.

3. Account Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate information

Maintain account security

Use services lawfully

Not misuse or disrupt the platform

You are responsible for activities under your account.

4. Payment & Billing

Subscription fees are billed as agreed

Payments are processed through secure third-party processors

Late payments may result in service suspension

Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use our services to:

Violate laws or regulations

Engage in fraud or deceptive practices

Harass, threaten, or abuse others

Transmit unlawful or harmful content

Interfere with service integrity

6. AI & Call Compliance

For Voice AI services:

Clients are responsible for complying with call recording and consent laws

Corevia does not provide legal advice

Clients assume responsibility for script content and regulatory compliance

7. Intellectual Property

All software, trademarks, content, workflows, and systems are owned by Corevia Technologies LLC.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the services during your subscription period.

8. Data Ownership

Customers retain ownership of their business data.
Corevia retains ownership of platform software and underlying technology.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Corevia shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits or business interruption.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the previous 12 months.

10. Disclaimer

Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

Violation of these terms

Non-payment

Fraudulent or abusive behavior

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updates.
