1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using services provided by Corevia Technologies LLC (“Corevia,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), including CallPilot247, FieldPilot CRM, Pilot Suite™, and any related software, applications, or services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

2. Services Provided

Corevia provides AI-driven voice systems, CRM platforms, automation tools, communication systems, and related technology services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any portion of the Services at any time without prior notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

3. Eligibility (18+)

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

4. Account Responsibilities

By creating an account or using our Services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • Be responsible for all activity occurring under your account
  • Use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform

You are solely responsible for any actions taken through your account.

5. Payment & Billing

  • Subscription fees are billed in accordance with your selected plan or service agreement.
  • Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors.
  • Late or failed payments may result in suspension or termination of Services.
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

Corevia reserves the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Services to:

  • Violate any applicable federal, state, or local laws
  • Engage in fraud, deception, or misleading practices
  • Send unlawful spam or unauthorized communications
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse others
  • Transmit harmful, illegal, or infringing content
  • Interfere with or disrupt platform security or functionality

Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension or termination.

7. SMS Use Cases, Opt-Out, Rates, and Support

A. Description of SMS Use Cases

If you use Corevia’s SMS or messaging features, messages sent through the Services may include:

  • Transactional messages (e.g., account notifications, appointment reminders, service alerts, billing confirmations, support updates)
  • Marketing and promotional messages (e.g., special offers, product or feature updates) only when recipients have provided separate consent

Message frequency may vary.

B. Opt-Out Instructions

Recipients can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP.

C. Message & Data Rate Disclosure

Message and data rates may apply depending on the recipient’s mobile carrier plan.

E. Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of SMS messages may be subject to transmission limitations and carrier availability.

Corevia does not guarantee message delivery times. Carriers are not responsible for message content or delivery issues.

8. AI & Call Compliance

For Voice AI and call-related services, clients are solely responsible for complying with federal, state, and local call recording and consent laws. Clients must provide proper disclosure where legally required. Corevia does not provide legal advice regarding telecommunications or compliance regulations. Clients assume full responsibility for call scripts, campaign content, and regulatory adherence.

9. Intellectual Property

All software, systems, workflows, trademarks, branding, content, and proprietary technology are owned by Corevia Technologies LLC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services solely during your active subscription period. You may not copy, reverse engineer, distribute, or create derivative works from the platform without written permission.

10. Data Ownership

Customers retain ownership of their business data uploaded into the platform.

Corevia retains ownership of:

  • Platform software
  • System architecture
  • AI models and processing systems
  • Underlying technology and infrastructure

We may use aggregated, anonymized data for system improvement and analytics.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Corevia Technologies LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, loss of data, or loss of revenue.
  • Total liability for any claim arising from the Services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Corevia in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Corevia disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and availability or uninterrupted access.

13. Termination

Corevia may suspend or terminate accounts at its discretion for:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Non-payment
  • Fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity
  • Conduct that poses risk to the platform or other users

Upon termination, your right to use the Services immediately ceases.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Pennsylvania.

15. Changes to Terms

Corevia may update these Terms of Service periodically. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
